Music lovers, tune in. January, 2014 is the month to lyme to great musical entertainment. Two festivals are taking place, both less than an hour drive from our beach resort.
Rebel Salute
Connect with Jamaica culture and experience the roots of reggae music with Rebel Salute. Named after famous Jamaican Reggae singer Tony Rebel, the festival is scheduled to celebrate its 20th anniversary on January 18 and 19 at Richmond Estate in St. Ann.
Jazz and Blues Festival
For more musical variety, the annual Jazz and Blues Festival is taking place from January 30 to February 1 at Greenfield Stadium in Trelawny. The three day line-up spans all genres and features international music acts that will have you moving to the beat.
