From 17th to 23rd February 2025, Moore will bring her innovative vision to our legendary beachfront, offering a captivating exploration of plant-based Jamaican cuisine.
Moore, whose celebrated cookbook "Plentiful - Vegan Jamaican Recipes To Repeat" has redefined contemporary Caribbean cooking, will grace Jamaica Inn with her signature style. Expect a symphony of flavors as she reimagines beloved Jamaican classics, elevating them with contemporary vegan artistry.
This residency marks a homecoming for Moore, who spent her formative years in Jamaica before establishing herself as a renowned musician and culinary innovator in the UK.
During her residency, guests will embark on a culinary journey, savoring Moore's distinctive approach at the relaxed Teddy's Beach Grill.
