Every Thursday and Sunday at 8am, you can ease into another blissful day at Jamaica Inn with a yoga flow. Mats, towels and water are provided – just sign up at the front desk by 4pm the day before

Uncover some of the unique and fascinating flavours of Jamaica with this immersive gastronomic tour and sample the fruits, spices and herbs that grow in our gardens. Starts every Wednesday at 10.15am.
Farm To Skin Foraging
Journey into wellness.
Weave your way through our uplifting tropical gardens and learn all about the therapeutic plants and herbs we cultivate. At the end of the tour, learn to make your very own tropical body scrub and take a piece of the island home with you.

Thursdays at 11:30am.
Learn all about Jamaica's rum industry, brewing techniques, and world-famous distillers from our bar team as they take you on a Rumolgy journey at Teddy's Beach Bar.
Shop & Cook with Chef Maurice
Fridays at 10:30am.
Join Executive Chef Maurice on a trip to the Ocho Rios Farmer's Market followed by a 45-minute cooking demonstration of an iconic Jamaican dish such as ackee and salt-fish or escoveitch fish. Be sure to ask for the recipe to take back home!
