Get dressed up and join us in the Terrace restaurant for dinner, a carefully curated daily five-course menu of international dishes with a Caribbean twist.

Designed to celebrate the best of the island’s produce and seafood, our culinary creations are served al fresco on pristine white tablecloths under swaying palms and a blanket of starlight– usually to the soundtrack of live, local music.

Our menu changes nightly, and includes weekly lobster nights.

Dinner dress code

After 7 pm, gentlemen are kindly required to wear long trousers and a collared shirt in the main bar, cocktail terrace, and dining room. Footwear is also required in these areas after breakfast (flip-flops are not permitted). Ladies are also requested to dress accordingly.
