Rates are quoted in US Dollars and based on double occupancy per night on the EP plan. The EP plan includes accommodations and complimentary resort amenities, afternoon tea and evening hors d'oeuvres. Please note that rates quoted may change without prior notice.
Rates are subject to a 25% government tax and service charge and an additional $2.00 per room, per day Government Tax. This will be charged to your room rate upon checkout unless you request us to charge this amount at booking.
Additional persons
Triple occupancy is available in the Deluxe Verandah Suite category only on a request basis. Single rate deductions are not available in The White Suite, Cottage 3, Cottage 4, Cottage 7 and The Jamaica Inn Cottages, or any room category during Christmas, New Year's, February 11 – 25, 2012, and November 18 – 25, 2012.
Children
Children 10 years and older are welcome March 1 - December 14, and 12 years and older are welcome December 15 - February 28.

Payment policy
A 3-night deposit is required to confirm reservations for 3 nights or more. For reservations less than 3 nights, the full amount will be required.
For stays falling between December 21, 2012 and January 6, 2013 and the entire month of February, a full prepayment must be made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation policy
Since we are a small Jamaica resort, we request that all cancellations must be made in writing to Jamaica Inn. These will take effect when a confirmation of receipt of the cancellation is received by you from Jamaica Inn. The cancellation notice required to avoid a late cancellation charge is as follows:
- 30 days in winter season or 3 nights deposit
- 14 days in the summer or 1 night deposit
- 45 days for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's (Nov. 18 - 25, 2012, Dec. 21, 2012 - Jan. 6, 2013), February 9 - 24, 2013, and Nov. 23 - Dec. 2, 2013 or 3 nights deposit. For these periods, the penalty for cancelling 30 days or less before arrival is the full cost of the stay.
No deposit refund will be made in the case of “No Show.” Refunds for early checkout are at the discretion of Management.
We highly recommend travel insurance, such as Travel Guard, that includes coverage for cancellation charges.
