The White Suite, Cottages 3 & 4 and the Jamaica Inn Cottages do not attract Single Rate deductions. Also, Single Rates are not applicable to any Room Category February 7th-21st 2010, November 23rd-29th 2010 & December 23rd, 2010 - January 3rd, 2011.

Rates are based on double occupancy per night EP Plan. Please note that rates quoted may change without prior notice.

Children 12 years and older are welcome during the High Season and 10 years and older are welcome during the Low Season.

are US $130.00 per car each way.

Private Transfers from
Norman Manley International Airport
(Kingston Airport)
are US $185.00 per car each way.

Please inform reservations of how many persons
will be on the private transfer.
A maximim of 4 persons per car
can be accommodated.

PAYMENT POLICY

 

A 3 night deposit is required
to confirm reservations for 3 nights or more.
For reservations less than 3 nights
the full amount will be required.

 

For stays falling between
December 23rd - January 4th
and the entire month of February

a full prepayment must be made
a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made in writing to Jamaica Inn,
and will take effect when a confirmation of receipt
of the cancellation is received by you from Jamaica Inn.
The cancellation notice required to avoid
a late cancellation charge is as follows:

30 days in winter season or 3 nights deposit.
14 days in the summer or 1 night deposit.
45 days for Christmas and New Years
(December 23rd 2010 - January 3rd 2011),
during Thanksgiving Week
(November 23rd - November 29th, 2010)
and the entire month of February or 3 nights deposit.
For these 3 periods, the penalty for canceling 30 days
or less before arrival is the full cost of the stay.

For December 23rd – January 4th
there are no refunds for early checkout.

No deposit refund will be made in the case of “No Show.”
Refunds for early checkout are at the discretion of Management.
