Leading the retreat is Sienna Creasy, Prana Flow Yoga Instructor with more than ten years of experience. Sienna serves all levels of practice allowing you to benefit from yoga regardless of experience.
Sienna is also a vegan and a strong believer that eating “clean” is a fantastic way to delve deeper into the benefits of yoga. During the retreat, you will have the opportunity to explore the power of clean eating for yourself.
Executive Chef Maurice is happy to accommodate any special dietary needs and will have prepared a flavorful menu of vegan and vegetarian dishes, fresh fish and other Jamaican-style meals.
